Loveti give 100% guarantee that all items will fulfil your expectations. However, if you or your partner are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or complete refund within 30 days of your purchase.


Returned items policy

Products that have been adjusted by a jeweller other than Loveti or damaged in any way are none returnable. Products may not be accepted if they are returned without all of the original packaging materials and documentation.


Refunds

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card can only be credited to the same card used to make the purchase or to pay a deposit. Allow one full monthly billing cycle for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Delivery charges are not refunded.


Exchanging items

To exchange any product, Loveti will issue a credit to the value of the item purchased. The credit can then be applied to the purchase of any other product on the Loveti.co.uk web site. If you have any questions please call us at: 07896-828-892.


How to returning an order

Due to the value of Loveti jewellery items it is important that you follow the instructions closely in order to ensure the safe return of any product. Follow the instructions below:

Call us to inform us that the return is being sent and to ensure you get the most current information for returning your item. 07896-828-892.

Make sure the item is securely packaged inside the original box or bag it was shipped in including all packaging material and any bonus or promotional items sent. All diamond certificates cost $250.00 to replace if not included.

Insert all of the above items into a shipping box and wrap it in plain brown paper securely sealed with clear (transparent) tape. You may also use an express postage carrier box if you choose.

The item should be shipped to are customer care department. Please call to check the address details before sending an item. You must also insure your package for the total value of the items shipped.

NOTE: Do not write "Jewellery" "Loveti" "Diamonds" "diamond ring" Diamond Jewellery" or any other expression that may cause your item to be stolen in transit.

Processing time and procedure

1. Your returned item will be inspected by a jewellery expert to ensure that the item has not been tampered with in any way.

2. You will be notified that your item has been received and you will be given an estimated time for processing your returned item based on the inspection.

3. You will receive a full credit for your returned item within 2 days of the item being received and confirmed. Credits will be issued based on the form of payment used at the time of your purchase. Refunds will appear on your credit card statement as "Loveti".
